What to expect on a Health Retreat?
Detox and Cleanse Retreats transform your lives for the better. Improving your health and wellbeing inside and out. Nurturing your personal growth and Self care. Our retreats are centred around improving your health and wellbeing through relaxation, connection and education.
Prior to your Retreat.
Initial Consultation to look at your current health and fitness, which includes developing a tailored programme to address your symptoms and health goals
Establish your goals and look at what YOU want to gain from the Retreat.
A food diary and questionnaire is given to you for completion in advance of the session
During your Retreat
Nutrition - You will be served delicious nutritious meals, balanced and portion controlled throughout your stay. This will also include Detoxifying fresh juices, herbal teas and power snacks to ensure you do do not go hungry. We want you to love your food and feel fulfilled.
Exercise/Activity - Daily Pilates, Yoga, Core strength and flexibility. Do not fear, all exercise is tailored to YOU individually so you will do as little or as much as you are comfortable with. Our exercise sessions are fun and delivered in a beautiful setting.
Meditation/Relaxation - Daily stress relieving practices including breath work to help you deal with anxiety and stress. We focus on concentration, bringing yourself back to the moment over and over again. Meditation can also reduce the areas of chronic pain, depression, heart disease and high blood pressure.
Afternoons are free to relax around the pool or you may just want some time out. We offer additional activities.
