Pilates & Hiking Cotswolds Retreat

Charming Country intimate Retreat. Escape to the beautiful countryside for a weekend to reset your body and mind and return energised and motivated. 1-2 classes a day on a Pilates retreat will give your whole body a boost, coupled with hiking, meditation and a delicious organic diet.

11-13th September 2020

 

Pilates - You will participate in a variety of Pilates sequencing, including Classical Mat, Power Pilates  strengthening bones, toning muscles and leaving you energised and motivated.

Hiking - We will hike across the Malvern Hills on a 3 hour hike

Meditation - After dinner we will unwind with a herbal tea, candle light meditation

Discover simple yet amazing vital breathing techniques. Mindfulness is described as the psychological process of bringing your attention to to the external and internal experiences happening in the present moment, we will learn techniques to relieve stress and tips on how to implement mindfulness.

Workshops - Tasting workshops. Teaching you simple methods to make, natural low calorie snacks

6pm - Super Detox Dinner

7.30pm - Natural Face Masks and Quiz

 

DAY 3- Sunday

7.30am - Hot Water and Lemon

8am - Pilates Mobilisation and Breath

8.45am - Breakfast

10am - Power Pilates with squidgy balls

11.30am - Tasting Workshop Smoothies versus Juices

12.30 - Super Detox Lunch

2pm - Departure - Happy and Healthier!
