Aimed at improving health, energy and performance in the workplace Corporate Wellbeing isn’t a phase, it is an ongoing necessity. The workshops we offer are an easy way to develop new skills improve wellbeing and help reduce absenteeism.

POSITIVE POSTURE

The average office worker spends six to nine hours at a desk. This can be stressful to your body, especially if combined with inactivity and poor nutrition.

When you sit at a desk for eight hours a day, you tend to have poor alignment, which can cause back and neck pain too.

Besides poor posture, sitting for long periods is thought to slow the metabolism, which affects the body's ability to regulate blood sugar, blood pressure and break down body fat.

Learn proper body alignment and posture principles, exercises and stretches by participating in this session. We will focus on the core and posture to help alleviate muscle tension caused by poor sitting and standing.

This workshop teaches you how to have a more natural posture to stave off injury.
