ABOUT SANDY DONNELLY, FOUNDER
With a love of exercise, nutrition and travel, DBC Health Retreats was founded by fitness expert Sandy Donnelly in 2010
DBC stands for Develop Balance and Control.
Alongside her passion for health and wellbeing, Sandy has an enthusiastic, friendly, professional and motivational approach – helping clients of all ages achieve and maintain their health goals.
With a wealth of expertise spanning a 20 year career as a fitness lecturer and personal trainer you are in safe hands. Sandy is also a certified Pilates instructor, Mental Health and Leadership Coach. Mat and Reformer and Lagree Instructor
