The transition is not as difficult as it may seem. I have devised a 28 Day meal plan, focused on clean eating, however as this is a transition, you can substitute, some ingredients for convenience/cost. You will still lose weight, and you are already taking the steps to eat healthier foods. It needs to work for you.

WHAT DOES CLEAN EATING MEAN?

Clean eating means eating food that is as close to its original state, as possible.  Clean eating is a concept where a person avoids refined and processed foods and those that have preservatives or artificial ingredients. The aim is to eat whole, natural foods for majority of the meals.
