You have a choice of staying at your own home or renting a holiday place.

The day is yours, depending on your schedule.

  • 08.00: Hot water & lemon time

  • 08.30: Coastal walk/run

  • 09.15: Breakfast

  • 10.15: Pilates

  • 11am: Hike

 
  • 12.30: Lunch

  • Afternoon free to relax

  • Health Snack and Juice will be served

  • 18.00: Dinner

  • 19.30 Mindfulness - Meditation
