1:2:1: PILATES REFORMER

The reformer offers all the famous benefits of Pilates including overall strength, flexibility, coordination and balance. These things lead to many daily life improvements such as better posture, graceful, efficient movement, and for many, relief from pain associated with physical imbalances such as back pain.

Your initial consultation will cover a fitness assessment, lifestyle and nutrition evaluation, and a detailed discussion of your fitness goals and aspirations. A tailored program will be one designed just for you, so you can achieve what you actually set out to accomplish.

Every client is unique. So, every one of our personal training programs is unique too – tailored to each individual client’s goals, needs and abilities to ensure we deliver maximum results and return on investment.

We will train 1:2:1 together twice a week. In person or virtual.
