• Carrots

• Onion

• Celery

• Veg Stock

• Cabbage

• Garlic

• Bell Pepper

METHOD

1. Sauté carrots, onion and celery with a little oil

2. Add stock, cabbage garlic and pepper

3. Season and simmer

4. Blend
