Day 3 of our Health Retreat in Cyprus
My healthy granola bars went down a storm after Beach boxing, Pilates and Ab blast
Only 80 kcals they are simply delicious.
• Melt Peanut Butter, coconut oil and honey in a pan
• Throw in Oats, Raisins, Pumpkin Seeds, choc drops
• Place on a tray and cut into squares
• Refrigerate for 1 hour
